Never Wallet Privacy Policy

This policy describes information processed to provide Never Wallet services.

Information collected

We may process account identifiers, email address, device identifiers, organization memberships, consent records, security-event records, wallet public addresses, and authorization records.

Recovery information

When optional cloud backup is enabled, the server stores an encrypted recovery backup and encryption metadata. Encryption occurs on the user’s device. The plaintext recovery phrase and backup passphrase are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by Never Wallet.

Use and retention

Information is used for account operation, security, fraud prevention, organization authorization, recovery, support, and legal compliance. Records are retained only as required for those purposes and applicable obligations.

Security

Never Wallet uses access controls, encrypted transport, audit records, rate limits, and separation between plaintext wallet secrets and server-stored encrypted backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request account information, or request account deletion subject to security, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention requirements.
