Never Wallet Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Never Wallet and its account, security, wallet, organization, and recovery services.

Recovery phrase responsibility

Your recovery phrase controls access to blockchain assets derived from it. Keep it private and secure. Never Wallet cannot reconstruct a recovery phrase from an account password, biometric record, or server database.

Optional encrypted cloud backup

If enabled, the application encrypts the recovery phrase on your device using your separately chosen backup passphrase before uploading it. Never Wallet stores only the encrypted backup and associated encryption metadata. Recovery requires account verification and the backup passphrase. If both the original recovery phrase and backup passphrase are lost, the encrypted backup cannot be decrypted.

Required security checks

Biometric verification is required for protected wallet actions. Security workflows may also require Point-of-Location (POL) proof and a wallet signature within the same authorization session.

User obligations

You must secure your device, credentials, recovery phrase, and backup passphrase; verify transaction details before signing; and promptly report unauthorized access.

Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Never Wallet cannot reverse a confirmed transaction or recover assets sent to an incorrect address.
